Summer Goals and stuff
May. 3rd, 2007 08:27 pmI can't wait to come home. During the summer I try to come up with obtainable goals so I feel productive. Last summer I wanted to get my drivers license, a credit card and I wanted to open a savings account, all manageable goals (which I achieved ^_^) along with some smaller less important things.
So I've been thinking about the things I want to do this summer...I think near the top of the list is 'sit in the white chair in my room'. Another one is 'make a database of all the comics I own' (from scratch since my old database got deleted :( ). Sitting in the white chair is pretty important to me though. We put it in my room last summer right before I came back to school, and ever since I've wanted to sit down with a book and read in it but I never seem to stay in my room long enough to do so. However. This summer I have *plans* for that chair. ^_^

The comic database is something I've been wanting to do for a while too, there are so many of them now that if I don't do something soon they will be unmanageable. I also want to study for the GRE this summer, so I can take it either during the summer or right when I get back to school, I flipped through the book and it doesn't look too difficult so I'm actually looking forward to studying with Jess for it, and yes, I know that sounds incredibly geeky. Oh well. As Cordelia Chase says, "I do well on standardized tests". *smirks*
(Oh and Jess, I got the DVD/CD that goes along with the book too, so I think we're all set ^_^)
And no, I haven't had any wondrous moments of plottyness, yet. :p
