Ablative of Means and Manner
Dec. 14th, 2006 10:04 pmI wouldn't be surprised at this point, if I dream in Latin tonight. Our Latin exam is over chapters 1-7 and I am currently beginning to review Ch. 4, so I think I am doing pretty good. I'm also up to my eyeballs in Latin words, conjugations and declinations...
My plan is to make it all the way through Ch. 7 and then get up in the morning and go fully prepared to the optional Latin review session. Then I am going to head over to the delaware library and study there for most of the day and hopefully by 8:30 Saturday morning I will be prepared when I sit down to take my Latin test. Wooh.
So I was at work today and I learned something wonderful and exciting, apparently all the private school issues and work study government thingies aside, work study people will now get $6.85 an hour, which is most amazing. I was fairly certain we were not going to get the increase and so were most of the people at the library, but ah well, turns out we do. Yea! It goes into affect next semester which will be most helpful.
Anyway, I'm off to take a shower, watch a CSI episode and study more Latin...what the heck is up with the weather? It's supposed to be 55 degrees on Sat! 55 degrees!
