Well today I was pretty productive, I mowed the yard, painted woodwork and then drove to Pickerington for Cinci chili.

Bah. I don't have a whole lot to talk about...

So I'm sure you've seen the Charmin commercials with the father bear and baby bear. The point of the commericals seems to be that the baby bear always uses too much toilet paper so the father bear (who is watching baby bear go to the bathroom) rushes over and shows him that he only needs to use a few sheets of paper not the whole roll.

Today they showed a variation of the commercial with the two bears sitting side by side reading the paper. Father bear intervenes once again to show Baby that he's using too much paper and then they slap hands.

So I have a couple of problems with this commercial. First, if these bears are supposed to be like humans (i.e. reading the paper and using toilet paper) then wouldn't they respect some social norms - washing hands and allowing other people to go to the bathroom in peace?

Really it just bothers me that they both go to the bathroom and then they slap hands...anyway, that's my commercial pet peeve for the day.
